Call Tesla and Elon comes over and breathes on the handle for 30 minutes till it’s thawed.

I've never had a Tesla but when cars are covered in ice, I've used a rubber mallet with some success.

Open the Tesla app and click unlatch door. Pop, it’s open. It electronically unlocks the latch and the door pops open about an inch or so. This can be done with it fully iced over.

You can also pre-heat the car to all hell and have it defrost. In cold temps, the windows also make a slight adjustment and don’t go up 100%. Prevents the entire door + window from freezing completely shut since there’s now a small gap.
