My son blew out two tires and I was going to have the car towed to the nearest service center but the tow place told me that it has to go to Tesla and nobody else can do it. My son reiterated this info. Is this true?

Requesting service through the app is this normal

Its been about a year since I got it and I'm also wondering if I should change it? My other gas car requires a change every year so I was under the assumption it's the same. Also wouldn't hepa filters get clogged easier since it takes away more particles?

Plagued with the vinegar smell hvac issue. Went in to have filter replaced today and told the SC it had been replaced 8 months ago. Dude tried to tell me “you gotta change it every 90 days” lmaoooo. No auto manufacturer has ever claimed an air filter needs to be changed more than once a year and I showed him Tesla’s website it says every 2 years. He said “nah that’s wrong”. Made for a good laugh.
