Someone broke into my car today in the 10 minutes I ran into a store and back out. My app never said my alarm was going off, that a window was shattered, but it did record it at least. Not even sure the alarm went off tbh…

Is this intentional? What a let down of a “sentry” system to not notify me when something is happening.

How do you disable the security alarm?? Car is being transported across the country tomorrow and I don’t want it going off… driver agreement states they can turn it off “by any means necessary”
