I made a service request for tire replacements (all 4 tires) for the first time through the app and the estimate is absurdly low ($286), is Tesla assuming I have already purchased the tires?

Will I be asked to purchase them once I'm onsite? How does this usually work?

Even though I set sentry mode to exclude home, it wasn't until yesterday I realized my home location had carried over from the setting in my Y rental last fall on vacation at my sister's lake house 2000 miles away so it was still recording events most likely like when I opened my trash bin an inch away from my new Y in my garage. So I didn't view it right away as I was in a hurry to go somewhere, but later I couldn't find how to view the 2 events. Searching on screen turned up nothing but the sentry settings and I can't search the manual on my phone. I'll search the manual on my PC, later if no one can tell me now here...

What all products, techniques or tips do y’all use for washing the car at home. New Tesla owner here wanting to do some self care of the car. TIA.

Reporting Odometer for Tesla Insurance

I’m currently washing my car using the 2 bucket method (one clean bucket, one with dirty water) using Adam’s car wash shampoo and a pair of car wash mittens.

It does a great job but it’s awfully long (pre rinse, foam, rub and clean gloves, rinse again, dry with microfiber). Usually can take me a good hour including setup and cleanup so I barely wash by hand anymore.

Looking to avoid the automatic car wash (big lines and not great around me), for something much quicker even if not as good (10-20 mins) would be a sweet spot. Wondering if I should switch to a single bucket and use a long car wash mop/sponge, or switch to waterless spray and rub with a towel, or another method.

What do you recommend?
